If our technician attends to undertake our standard service of a Jet & Camera to unblock your drains, yet the problem still persists, we will return within 30 days at no cost to you to rectify any issues.

Please note:

Issue must have been deemed clear upon first visit (tree roots cleared from drain)

A permanent solution must not have been offered i.e. dig and repair to clear blockage or repair pipe.

A Jet and Camera both must be used at the time of attendance (this is standard)

New blockages will be charged at standard rates (toilet paper, wipes, foreign object etc.)
